The sales reps were more interested in their personal conversation than in helping me figure out what phone my mom needed. I asked for advise and the rep was not helpful. I felt they were not interested in making a sale because she suggested I go to the Apple Store at least twice.

My phone needed a new sim card and I was able to get it installed as a free upgrade to ensure compatibility with changes to Tmobile networks. Friendly staff and good experience!
