“My husband and I with our four children came to pick up our car . My experience with one towing man was amazing. He had great communication skills and was very helpful . unfortunately, I did not ask or catch his name . However, Tyler (I forgot his last name) , the man who was not helping me was inputting his answers with a mean and rude attitude and behavior. I just had a baby and is battling postpartum depression so my emotions are very sensitive. As I was speaking to the man who was first helping me, I asked for a paper to write down prices. Tyler walked into the office to pick up a paper. When he came back he aggressively placed the paper on the table and threw me a pencil and said “here so you can write it down.” Throughout those minutes I wanted to cry so much. I wanted to tell him something but I could not because I would of started crying so much . As well I had to hold my composure because my children’s were there and did not want to be seen as weak . My husband went to pick up my bag from the car during those moments .Tyler if you reading this please receive help to change that attitude and behavior with others . Heshould not be mean to people especially customers who pays him to do a duty he signs up for .
I will be calling this upcoming Monday to discuss the issue with the main owner .

“The least I could do is write a review for Ramonts tow service. My car broke down and I was stressed and frustrated! Needing a tow, I started searching google and after talking with several...most charging ridiculous fees and still couldn't help me within a two hour window...I went to yelp for reliable services! This company was sponsored and he answered my call quickly. Tow costs are expensive...But this shop was lower than others! He said he could have someone to me within 20 minutes and I was grateful! Within minutes, a neighbor/mechanic came out and helped get my car running, so I called the tow shop to cancel. The driver was already in route...so the driver said 'no charge' and I offered! But he said thank you, but not necessary. I will keep this tow service in my phone and highly recommend this level of professionalism.”
