The staff is always so nice to me. I feel like I never know what I'm doing but they don't make me feel dumb. I get what I need done and I'm out of there. It's never crazy busy when I go either.

Wth? I get that you had a day off for president Carter... but it looks like you've taken a week off. Why has my package been "processing" in your office for over 4 weekdays now. Do you guys do any work? Edit: wow! I've never seen so many one star reviews for anywhere! I expect some sort of "Postal" episode to be in the news soon based on the level of incompetence being shown here!

My name is John O I moved into my new home on July 15, 2024, and immediately visited the post office to get the key for my neighborhood mailbox. I paid the required fee and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. Four weeks later, no key. I went back to the post office repeatedly, only to find out my key wasn’t ready. After two more weeks of the same, I spoke to an employee who checked the logbook and discovered my name was never entered in the first place. She assured me it was now logged.
Fast forward another three weeks—still no key. I asked to speak to the supervisor, who claimed the process is outsourced to a third party and insisted there was nothing they could do. It is now November 9, 2024, and I still don’t have my mailbox key.
This experience has been beyond frustrating. The lack of accountability and care for paying customers is unacceptable. Federal employees or not, taxpayers deserve better than this. Avoid this post office if you can.
***Update it is now 12/9/2024 and still no 🔑***

Almost year with out mail box I wanna be rude and say this place a scam or the workers be useless or rude about their complications which there was a different one they are already 2.8 stars makes sense huh

The big caucasian man who works at the counter at this location is SO rude. I have never met anyone with such poor customer service skills. He refused to give me his name, did not allow me to buy tape to tape on my own label, and lazily slapped “tape” all over my shipping label and did not even lay the label fully flat. I’m worried my package will not even get there safely. I don’t know why such an ill-mannered, mean-spirited person works at a post office of all places.

The absolute worse!!!! The delivery person left a re-delivery notice attached to one that had my signature and delivery instructions…this was after the response to their request for re-delivery instructions was requested. Now I’m on hold waiting for them to tell me where the package I waited for until 10 pm last night is located…”informed delivery” said I had one package to be delivered and now it says 0 with nothing being delivered.

The worst ever postal service they are sucks no one is doing their job out there I have been waiting for my mailbox keys over a month now any time I go they are just making excuses….
I have taken to Supervisor and the manager not helpful at all ….

This place makes me appreciate ups lol ups makes it so easy to return but this place makes it very hard wow trash. They dont even own tape? What post office doesnt have tape. Pathetic

Workers are real friendly and quick. They joke and just have fun together with customers while working. It's a nice homy feeling when your there.
