Twice in a row I’ve been treated like I’m trash for wanting to deposit a large check. I have my ID, my bank account info and I’ve been a member for 9 years and still they ask me 50 questions about why I’m depositing a check. At this point I need to charge them fees for wasting my time. What ever happened to loyalty to your long term clients?

What is wrong with the phone I've been calling to transfer rent to landlord and it either beep like it's busy or just hangs up been trying for last hour and a half.

This locations ATM machine is down majority of the year it seems. You get bombarded with questions and staff just to pull out cash when you go inside. It would be nice if the ATM worked for outside of business hours or for quick usage and not standing in line. Highly inefficient.

Do not use this credit union if financing a car from a 3rd party. My experience was a nightmare. I went to a different credit union. Found a better rate and the process was much smoother.

Every time we try to use our bank card out of town, we are denied. And when we try to call to get help we can never get through to anyone in our time of need. This is not a great credit union to use. Highly recommend any other banking institution.

First time with valley first ,we had a great experience here from the first phone call and conversations we had with assistant branch manager Marco partida at Turlock ca branch bank ,was very helpful to open us an account! we are grateful and appreciate the all the time they took to help and everything they have done going above and beyond for us we thank you Marco Partida and Michelle Tim’s ?for your time and effort !! ?

Terrible service, how much time is wasted for the tellers to hide and use machines to interact? No other bank I have been to does this. The worst part is the ATM is always broken or out of money. Don't waste your time going here.

Horrible service every time I've gone in it's too busy to use one of their skocal called machines. No longer a bank do you want to talk to a computer I'm OK with moving up at times but there's only two and you can never use them because Amazon for half an hour.

Denis the branch manger has a bad attitude and doesn’t know what good customer services and watch out for ullesses the guy at the podium listen in to your conversation and stares at you rudely glad i don’t bank here! i would never recommend this place to anyone. also the branch manager be flashing people with pulling her shirt up and showing her stomach. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING BRANCH.
