“I had such a great experience using nine3one as an office space for the day. Malia helped me when I arrived, gave me a tour of the different office spaces, and was incredibly professional, approachable, and helpful.
The space itself is amazing. They have strong WiFi, printer access, common area workspaces, private office options, and larger meeting spaces depending on what you need. The common kitchen area was also a great bonus, with plenty of drinks and snacks available, which I believe are included with the day pass.
I’m really glad I found this place when I needed a quiet, professional, and comfortable place to work for the day. I would definitely recommend nine3one to anyone needing office space in Modesto.”

“We used this Hall for my daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday party, and it was perfect. We had enough room for everyone. Having a hall that is in its own parking lot made it feel comfortable by not worrying about outside people coming in. Big Dance floor and big kitchen. Plus, Table and chairs are included. This will be our go to hall for future events.”
“We had my daughters Baptism here. It was for 100 guest. AMAZING!!! The venue is so beautiful and Paty the venue manager and her staff decorated very nicely. Also, the owner is a very sweet man and very easy going. We got the key to the venue the day before and we brought everything we needed to drop off like drinks and extra decor. The pictures do not do justice, come see it in person.”

“This is an amazing venue! They offer so much! I was stress free day of the wedding! Everyone loved the food, the service was amazing, and a gorgeous venue! Erica was amazing to work with reminding me that she is here for us in all the little questions we had! Day of she ran the show smoother than anyone I could have imagined! Definitely worth the it for SO much less stress! They also have amazing spaces to get ready!”
