“We were not impressed at all at the month-long prek art class, but we certainly love the Saturday Studio. The class was one craft, and the teacher didn't show you how to do it or talk about art at all, she expected the care givers to just know how to do the craft and we were left to our own devices. We were done in about 10-15 minutes, but the class was advertised as an hour, and you post for an hour. So honestly skip the class and take kiddo to Saturday Studio instead. It's only $5 and you get to do both crafts offered that day. A way better deal. My daughter loves making new things and trying new mediums.”

“My wedding was on 1/13/24. Both the ceremony and reception took place at Alegria Ranch Turlock. Lucia, the owner of the venue, was nothing short of wonderful! She responded in a timely manner, was kind, professional, and truly cared about the success of the event. Throughout the process she made sure the unavoidable stresses of planning a wedding were lessened immensely! She even met with my now husband and I (and my cousin’s family) on the day of her daughter’s sweet 16 so we could tour the venue! The barn itself was magnificent! Lucia practically has it set up for use! For someone like me who cannot decorate to save my life, very little was needed to make it look magical! And if you need extra space to get ready, I would highly recommend renting the cottage! It’s a beautiful space! You can bring in your own vendors and you can rent different things like table runners, charger plates, and a coffee station. The heating lamps were perfect…we were kept nice and cozy! Lucia was even available the day of the event and answered all the questions I had that day and all the days before that! I would totally have another celebration at this venue! She truly cares about your experience and wants you to have a wonderful time. Lucia and her family were amazing!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!It was such a pleasure having my wedding at the Grand Oak!! The staff was so organized and helpful throughout the wedding planning process and day of!They were accommodating to food allergies and anything we asked! They allowed us to come early and set up since there were no other events around our wedding so that made it easier as well!I couldn’t have picked a better venue to have our wedding at. I would highly recommend 10/10!!”

“As an FFA alumni, and a long time fans of the fair, I can tell you that this venue is great, especially during the summer when we have all those animals, rides, vendors, shows, and more to keep you and the family entertained. I have gone to the fair every year for over 10 years and would highly recommend to anyone who has been on the fence about checking it out.”

“Very pleased with my stay. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, water pressure on shower head was on point and hotel is located in a shopping center walking distance to Black Bear, Costco and a few restaurants. Staff was great also! Would highly recommend!”

“There's no place like the Udder Place! Actually, I'm sure there are a lot of country bars in the US but I really like this one. They know how to have a great time here. They have implemented a lot of safety checkpoints to ensure that everyone stays safe. The security staff is very friendly, yet firm. Friday and Saturday nights seem to be the best nights to go to. They have an excellent DJ that plays here as well. Make sure to check out their "weekly roundup" on Facebook to see what's going on. Also, I don't know if they have any food here, but the drinks are great and reasonably priced. Taylor is our go to bartender and she is the best. Always a great time here!”
