“I have had an appointment at 10 AM. I went there at 9 AM. Went into the office to check in the lady. She is so rude man like come on, but they gave me dough right away. I was hauling a dry load and I got unloaded only in an hour. Plenty of space in the warehouse restrooms inside the building no overnight parking.
But you guys can’t park for overnight on the road and the yellow lines”
“Very nice staff, first come first serve, little bit hard to backup at dock # 1, lumper will be charged per pallet, two restrooms are inside the building, fast unloading, Street parking available.”

“been here lots of times always a good experience. had to get my 9am delivery rescheduled as i was late thanks to the mess on Donner, arrived 3pm for the 11pm appointment and they let me snooze in the staging area until being called at 10:50pm. out by 3am”

“This Costco has some great employees. I left my eye glasses on the shopping cart for an hour. Silly me! When I realized, I frantically drove back to search all the shopping carts in the area but they were not found. Then I ran into a young gentleman at the shopping cart parking area in the parking lot. To my relief, he stated that he had found and given them to Costco Optical. I was able to retrieve my glasses. Thanks to him! Please reward/promote this young man. He restored my faith in humanity! Good job, Costco! You guys hire some great employees at this store.”
