“been here lots of times always a good experience. had to get my 9am delivery rescheduled as i was late thanks to the mess on Donner, arrived 3pm for the 11pm appointment and they let me snooze in the staging area until being called at 10:50pm. out by 3am”

“This Costco has some great employees. I left my eye glasses on the shopping cart for an hour. Silly me! When I realized, I frantically drove back to search all the shopping carts in the area but they were not found. Then I ran into a young gentleman at the shopping cart parking area in the parking lot. To my relief, he stated that he had found and given them to Costco Optical. I was able to retrieve my glasses. Thanks to him! Please reward/promote this young man. He restored my faith in humanity! Good job, Costco! You guys hire some great employees at this store.”
