I interacted with about four different staff members, and all were very friendly and helpful. I read one or two bad reviews and was expecting much worse. So glad I was proven wrong! I didn't have to wait very long either.

If you are dropping equipment off everything is okay. If, however, you need assistance prepare to wait!

I just couldn't handle the horrible technical internet issues with AT&T anymore. Almost a year of shoddy service. Let's see if the switch to Xfinity was a smart move. Here's to hoping.
