Hey Doubletree Hilton Monrovia team! ? Just wanted to drop a huge [THANK YOU] for the incredible stay! Delilah, Lisa, and Capri at the front desk were absolute rock stars - they made our time with you extra special! Shoutout to Vanessa over at Elements Restaurant, she was beyond phenomenal - her service was top-notch and she made us feel right at home. And big props to Ryan at the front desk too, super accommodating. Oh, and can’t forget to mention - those chocolate chip cookies ? were AMAZING! We genuinely appreciate all of you for making our stay so warm, and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back and visit again soon! ?? #HospitalityGoals #DoubletreeMagicRooms: Rooms are quiet, and peaceful, and have a nice welcoming sent as soon as you walk in your room. Everything was neat and organized and clean.Safety: My wife and I felt very safe.Walkability: You have Chick-fil-A, literally in walking distance from the hotel across the street, along with the Starbucks and red lobster literally with the walking distance less than 100 feet. Very convenient.Food & drinks: Elements restaurant serves nothing but gourmet food. Especially their teriyaki and chicken plate was mouthwatering. The bacon burger was legit!

This is the best Hilton I have ever stayed at. The service staff are very friendly, parking is free, the swimming pool is beautiful, and it is a very relaxing area, just off the intersection.

It was a nice clean room with a very nice pool and jacuzzi. My wife did have trouble sleeping at night as there was a loud machine noise disturbing her from sleeping but would come again.

The people and the hotel is great. The only reason I scored the hotel a 4 is because the noise from the elevators is

Came here to stay during Pokemon go fest. The rooms are nice but I noticed it wasn't entirely clean like It should have been. Also they need to specify in front of the restaurant that the breakfast buffet is not free. I got charged over $13 for 1 pancake, a couple slices of bacon and 2 very small glasses of Apple juice. Otherwise it was alright

Worst hotel room I have stayed. You can hear all the sound from next door and smell all the thing they are smoking next door all night long. No sleeping all night. Nightmare.

I agree the location and hotel aesthetics look good, however the service is awful.Got there at 7pm and went to the restaurant. I chose a chicken sandwich (which was the only thing I’d eaten all day) and from 11pm onward I spent the night in the bathroom. Missed a morning meeting due to being unwell too.Upon checking out at 6am I told the gentleman in reception what had happened. He said I needed to complete some forms which he would email to me and the manager would call me to register a formal complaint. Turns out none of these things happened.I was in business in Seattle so didn’t get a chance to follow up until the end of the week. I called and spoke to another gentleman who was apologetic, he sent an email to me with both managers in copy. They both ignored the email.Wow, well there you go! Zero care for the customer experience from the management team.

The room is fairly clean. However, there were two bottles of shampoo in the bathroom. I asked the front desk and made a complaint and nothing happened. They handed me hand soap and that’s it. Soundproof is not so great, you can kind of hear people talking in the hallway and people walking above you. (I stayed on the second floor). Service was not the best, the front desk didn’t do anything about the two shampoos. I asked them to bring more towels, but they asked me to come down to get it. I can understand if they were the only person at front desk, but I saw two people standing at the front desk when I walked in. Location was not too bad. A lot of food choices around and Starbucks is walking distance. The hotel was located about 30 minutes from every place we visited. Overall not too bad but also won’t be visiting again.Food & drinks: Many fast food place available around the area. Starbucks is walking distance. Chinese restaurants are also not too far (it’s like a small china town)

Lobby is heavy with cleaner smell. Rooms were in need of some updating. Layouts didn’t make sense. Underwhelming.Rooms: Need some TLC. Dated. Room orientation wasn’t the best. Really loved that they had microwaves and mini fridges which was a major plus. Beds were comfy.Walkability: Walkable. Lots of food options and shopping close by.Food & drinks: Lots of near by restaurants. Great choices from chains to local spots.
