“Review update- Vicky did contact me a couple days later and provided me with a free wash. I do enjoy coming to this laundry mat and 9 times out of 10 I do not have problems and my clothes come out much cleaner than my apartments and it’s just very convenient for me. With that being said I normally come when no attendant is on site so I’m not sure if they have certain hours. Also, be sure to smell the washing machines before washing your clothes if you do decide to wash here. Some smell extremely sour. I’ve washed here a few times and I stick my head inside and smell them until I find a good one. I’ve also read some of the responses (assuming the owner)…and they are very distasteful and rude in my opinion for a business owner to leave. I understand sticking up for your business and your employees, but you should be more professional.”
“This place was empty when I arrived ! Nobody there for nearly 20 minutes. Bobs Laundry on Duarte was packed, like sardines ! Now management there to supervise social distancing (even though they gave cameras) I have had issues with Bobs Laundry, dryers taking my quarters, washers not washing.”
“this place is great quality work and service!!! I needed some expensive pants tailored for a really important interview and I only gave the man two days before I had to fly out of state for my interview. He was so kind and the seamstress went above and beyond what I asked for. She not only brought the waist in as I needed, but even added some things to make the waist fit better and even added elastic. On top of that, everything was a great price! I am very grateful for their extra care and excellent service. I will come here for all of my alterations in the future and recommend to family and friends. Thanks you guys so much :)”
