Terrible customer service! Horrible, like no other. Very rude on the phone, screaming! Couldn’t even understand what the guy was saying……

Was going to go here but saw how they treat their pet bird. Too small of a cage no food and filthy water and filthy cage. Bird had no toy nothing for distraction. Horrible!
