“We came here to have some wedding stickers made for party favors last minute. Chris helped us and gave us quote, when we sent our design they were very responsive, and had the stickers ready for us the same day. Everything came out beautifully and we are soo happy with the results.”

“I don't know where to start...because my heart is full with joy. First of all, let me just say that if you have not experienced stopping by to inquire about film development/photography correcting, purchasing any kind of products and or framing options at Photoworks by Rick; let me just say that you better get over to receive the DOPEST customer service that you can get! I will never, ever, ever, ever EVA' going to anyone else in his line of business. So, I came into Rick's business 20 minutes before he closed. (Please note that the aesthetics in Rick's shop make you feel nothing but nostalgia. You want to go back in time when life made sense here in America). I was in need of developing digital images from my phone, to purchase a black and white disposable camera and to inquire pricing for framing. I started to explain to him what I was looking for; he instantly guided me on what I wanted and what to do to get it done. Every question that I had, he had answered with such brilliant humor! All I could do was giggle! I was in awe and was so excited to receive his services and come back for the outcome. Rick has the realest, straightforward and savvy way of communicating. I can't lie, his directions and attitude makes you feel at home and like you are his family. Now, this is the main reason that I must share my review... As I was talking to Rick, I also asked him if he was able to develop 20+ year old pixelated images? I explained and shared with him that I had a pixelated picture that meant the world to me during my college years; a time that I wanted to commit suicide; a sad very dark time. I explained to Rick that I wanted to frame this picture so that I can remind myself of how far I have come in life. Rick wholeheartedly listened to my life story and made me feel comfortable with what I was sharing. It was a good moment of truth. He asked me to email him to the picture so he could review it. Rick then let me know of how much it would cost if I ordered it . Unfortunately, the cost was not in my budget so I told Rick that I will come back another time to get it done. Rick simply assured me that I will love his work on those type of photos. Nothing came to mind when he stated that. After the weekend, I came back to pick up my paid items. When I arrived, Rick provided me my items but then told me to hold on one second as he when to the back of his shop... Rick came out holding DEVELOPED pixelated pictures that were corrected in a 8x10, 5x7, 4x6 & wallets of the pixelated picture!!!! He told me that all of them were on the HOUSE!! I just started to cry!!!! I could not believe it! This was the biggest blessing that I have ever received from anyone!! Rick is such an PHENOMENAL HUMAN BEING!! All I can say is that I feel NOTHING but Bliss! Very few people have hearts like Rick's! I will ALWAYS take my photography and printing services, framing to Photoworks by Rick! I recommend that you do the same!!! I am simply grateful.”

“People with a single item job need to understand this is a mass product business. You need to understand they have mass projects that are worth more than your measley 20$ job. I had a very simple hat I wanted embroidered. So I understand that my piece doesn't take priority. Mark was kind and gave me a quote and communicated every step of the way. I didn't mind the wait because they did a flawless job. Mind you most embroidery shops in the area turned me down. Mark didn't think twice and took my hat. Also it is a family business so hours might change from time to time, just plan ahead no one has to adjust to your time frame so be mindful.”

“I have an IBM Wheelwriter 1500 from the 80's that needed help. The carriage wasn't working and the keys were sticking, among other things. It was dirty and gummed up. David Deng did an AMAZING job restoring the thing! I couldn't be happier with the results. It's been cleaned thoroughly and is now in pristine condition. So smooth. The carriage is operating perfectly...along with everything else. I never write reviews but this guy is a TREASURE. He knows everything there is to know and I'm sure that there aren't many guys like him left. He gave me a VERY fair quote and sent photos and video of the issues and his progress as he worked on the machine. He completed the work quickly and couldn't be a nicer guy. I HIGHLY recommend his services. And anyone that has an appreciation for beautiful old TYPEWRITERS knows what a gift it is to have someone like David nearby.”

“Convenient store for shipping, packaging, laminating or any office needs. I've been to this location a hand full of times. Always been simple to ship a fedex envelope or send a package. Also, I needed to laminate something for work and it was simple. Will return, thank you FedEx Monrovia.”

“This is my go to place for printing. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I moved a few miles closer to another kinkos location and still come back to this one. Shout out to Kevin the assistant manager here. He is super helpful and knowledgeable. He always takes his time to help me get my prints done correctly. I’ve done wedding decor, baby shower decor, regular copies and other printing projects here and I will not go anywhere else. Prices here may be a few cents higher per print than Office Depot but the quality is worth it. I highly recommend this place. Look for Kevin.”

“Very pleased with the level of service from this store. I used them to pickup, pack, and ship a fragile item I purchased from the auctioneer nearby. They responded to my inquiry with a quote in about an hour after my email. They picked up my item the next day and had it shipped that evening. The item was carefully packed and arrived 4 days later. Price was very fair and exactly matched the original quote. Really all around couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Probably the best experience I’ve had with having an item shipped from an auction house. Felt compelled to leave this review after seeing the overwhelming negativity from other ones.”

“I had to ship a return that was over 1k so I was a little nervous but everything turned out fine. I do love the shorter lines they have over UPS. The workers are always helpful and nice. Parking is a little tight but there's usually spots so I appreciate that. The price of shipping really has gone up in value so I try to avoid paying out of pocket for anything and usually get shipping labels from whoever I am returning to. I definitely will be coming back for more services.”
