“This UPS store was absolutely fantastic! Their warm and attentive service deeply impressed me. Yesterday, I went to drop off a package—seven large boxes—in a torrential downpour. A petite young white woman single-handedly carried everything from my car into the store; I didn't have to lift a single item. Her incredible ability amazed me. The boxes were so heavy I couldn‘t lift them at all. She helped me move everything. She was so capable! She even speaks Chinese. This kind young woman also thoughtfully dried the boxes with towels. Her Chinese colleague was also very friendly. The day before yesterday, when I went to the store for help, she was equally warm and attentive. This store is vibrant, everyone is smiling, and the service is top-notch. This is something I’ve never experienced at any other UPS store. I am truly grateful to them; this store in downtown Monnovia is wonderful. Unfortunately, I‘ve forgotten the names of both ladies. I sincerely wish them good luck.”

“After failing to find my packages in my mailbox for quite some time, I went to the front desk for assistance. I was advised to purchase a P.O. box, which I did; however, my packages were still missing.
When I returned today, an absolutely wonderful staff member—a woman named Kamal—helped me out. I panicked because a package delivered today contained medication, and although I overreacted, she handled the situation with great understanding. She contacted the person who had delivered the box to inform him of the issue—a man named Mark—and he immediately met me at the mailboxes to assist me. He was incredibly understanding and patiently demonstrated, step-by-step, that my key was actually opening the wrong box. It turned out my previous shipments—and everything else—were right where they belonged. Given how stressed and agitated I was today, I was extremely pleased and grateful to encounter two employees who were so helpful and understanding.

“I had to ship a return that was over 1k so I was a little nervous but everything turned out fine. I do love the shorter lines they have over UPS. The workers are always helpful and nice. Parking is a little tight but there's usually spots so I appreciate that. The price of shipping really has gone up in value so I try to avoid paying out of pocket for anything and usually get shipping labels from whoever I am returning to. I definitely will be coming back for more services.”
