“The UPS Store's system for returning wifi equipment was out but Mike at the store knew I was from Lake Arrowhead and wanted to help so he accepted our equipment to be returned to Frontier. As he couldn't get into the system he validated the equipment numbers and as he couldn't give me a receipt had me take a photo of the equipment and give him my email and phone number so he could send me confirmation once his system was up. The next day he confirmed its return and Frontier confirmed receipt.
It's great to trust someone to do what they said they would do.”

Both our athletes and coaches were extremely happy with how the hoodies turned out. I also really appreciated that the order was completed several days earlier than the original quoted date.

“Printbyme made and installed an exterior commercial sign, an interior sign and an indoor decal sign on glass for my dental office. I was blown away by how amazing the signs turned out. I didn't know they could customize the signs as much as they did, and the materials and back lighting looked great. They even took care of the permits required by the City of Long Beach which which was something I really didn't want to deal with. I also expected the price to be a lot more. I can't recommend them enough.”

“These guys are totally exceptional. I lost my house and all my clothes in the Eaton fire. I am over most of everything but there are a few things I am really missing - particularly this one coat. I looked for close to a year and finally found it in China; got it sent by FedEx; unfortunately the coat got sent to my burned out house by mistake. I thought the coat was gone forever. But the owner worked really hard, tracked down the local drivers, and by hard work and compassion, found it.
I am so grateful to the owners. They are amazing. They went way beyond what most anyone would do. I can’t say enough how much beyond the call of duty they went. I hugely recommend this business and its owners. They worked a miracle.”

EXCELLENT service!!I ordered a birthday shirt for my little boy and received a delayed notification saying, “IT WASN’T GOING TO ARRIVE ON TIME!” My son was looking forward to wearing his shirt and needed it for the following morning. I knew it was LAST minute, but still searched and called several Printing Shops and came across AGNS. I wasn’t expecting much, but Dean heard me out and went above and beyond to help. He was out on his last delivery that night (8:00 pm) but came back to his shop to work on my son’s shirt. I can’t thank him enough for doing that for us and highly recommend him to anyone who needs GREAT service and good quality work!”
