“I went to this UPS store for one of my returns purchased from Amazon. It was a foldable foam mattress I bought, but we found the firmness did not fit our need. If you bought a mattress before you probably know that it came in a very small package with all air sucked out. But after we opened the package, the mattress gets back to regular size and there is absolutely no way we can put it back into its original packaging.So I brought the entire folded mattress to the store and have them scan the Amazon return code. They asked me if this is the original packaging because it is quite huge. I told them there is no way I can fit it back in because it came really really small. They took a look at inside and was initially hesitate to take it. But eventually took it anyway. Thank you and I am sorry if it caused you guys more issues down the road. Thank you!”

“Printbyme made and installed an exterior commercial sign, an interior sign and an indoor decal sign on glass for my dental office. I was blown away by how amazing the signs turned out. I didn't know they could customize the signs as much as they did, and the materials and back lighting looked great. They even took care of the permits required by the City of Long Beach which which was something I really didn't want to deal with. I also expected the price to be a lot more. I can't recommend them enough.”

He took at least four different shots to capture good shot. Afterwards, it took him about 10min to produce two passport photos. He photoshopped mine and made my face right and young. “I don't know where to start...because my heart is full with joy. First of all, let me just say that if you have not experienced stopping by to inquire about film development/photography correcting, purchasing any kind of products and or framing options at Photoworks by Rick; let me just say that you better get over to receive the DOPEST customer service that you can get! I will never, ever, ever, ever EVA' going to anyone else in his line of business. So, I came into Rick's business 20 minutes before he closed. (Please note that the aesthetics in Rick's shop make you feel nothing but nostalgia. You want to go back in time when life made sense here in America). I was in need of developing digital images from my phone, to purchase a black and white disposable camera and to inquire pricing for framing. I started to explain to him what I was looking for; he instantly guided me on what I wanted and what to do to get it done. Every question that I had, he had answered with such brilliant humor! All I could do was giggle! I was in awe and was so excited to receive his services and come back for the outcome. Rick has the realest, straightforward and savvy way of communicating. I can't lie, his directions and attitude makes you feel at home and like you are his family. Now, this is the main reason that I must share my review... As I was talking to Rick, I also asked him if he was able to develop 20+ year old pixelated images? I explained and shared with him that I had a pixelated picture that meant the world to me during my college years; a time that I wanted to commit suicide; a sad very dark time. I explained to Rick that I wanted to frame this picture so that I can remind myself of how far I have come in life. Rick wholeheartedly listened to my life story and made me feel comfortable with what I was sharing. It was a good moment of truth. He asked me to email him to the picture so he could review it. Rick then let me know of how much it would cost if I ordered it . Unfortunately, the cost was not in my budget so I told Rick that I will come back another time to get it done. Rick simply assured me that I will love his work on those type of photos. Nothing came to mind when he stated that. After the weekend, I came back to pick up my paid items. When I arrived, Rick provided me my items but then told me to hold on one second as he when to the back of his shop... Rick came out holding DEVELOPED pixelated pictures that were corrected in a 8x10, 5x7, 4x6 & wallets of the pixelated picture!!!! He told me that all of them were on the HOUSE!! I just started to cry!!!! I could not believe it! This was the biggest blessing that I have ever received from anyone!! Rick is such an PHENOMENAL HUMAN BEING!! All I can say is that I feel NOTHING but Bliss! Very few people have hearts like Rick's! I will ALWAYS take my photography and printing services, framing to Photoworks by Rick! I recommend that you do the same!!! I am simply grateful.”
