I had a great experience with Graphix Lab and would absolutely recommend them.
They did a chrome delete and taillight tint on my Tesla Model 3, and I also brought in my own screen protector, which they installed for me. The work initially looked fantastic, and the car immediately had a much cleaner, more aggressive look.
A few days later, I noticed some bubbling on one taillight tint and a small issue with the screen protector. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately scheduled me in, were prompt, and took care of everything while I waited—no excuses, no delays, no pushback.
When a business does great work, that’s wonderful—but how they handle things when a correction is needed says just as much, if not more. Graphix Lab made it a priority to make it right, and that level of professionalism really stood out.
The car looks amazing, I get compliments on it all the time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back or recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.”

At first we were thinking "this much for a sign?" but as we started working with him daily on different ideas and design's, the process that just goes behind this, there actually WAAAY affordable!! “AJ is the man! He's head of security at this fedex location and I had a problem with my package and he came and solved the issue for me. He found my package, went out of his way to help me retrieve it then he helped me load the 150 pound package into my small car. He even gave me his own supplies and rope from his own car to help me tie it down to my car. He brought his extra workers to help me out on their time off! Much respect to this man and his crew”
“My package wasnt being efficiently delivered, so i had to intercept it here. I went in, the cs rep took my tracking number and started searching. It took about 5 mins and he returned with my package. I showed my ID and signed for it. The entire process was smooth.
The main complaint for me would be the location, it was quite secluded. Taking BART and walking to it is most efficient or driving...
