“We had our 50 year old HVAC system removed and replaced with a brand new HVAC System. Alll Air Masters was great to work with every step of the way. Frank was easy to work with and his crew, led by Fabian, was simply awesome. We could ask for a better company to install our new system. 3-days total and the old system fine and new one installed. All work was done according to the quote we were provided, no upscope or additional charges were asked for. All Air Masters is an excellent company. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.”
“We were kinda skeptical about this place cuz prices are too good to be true. The guy working here is really helpful and answers all your questions. We really liked the selection they have and the quality of the items. We found an $800 modular sectional couch that would normally cost like $1500+ at a furniture store.
3 days later, they delivered our couch around noon and hauled away the old one. Delivery guy was patient and helped set it up to where we wanted it and everything.
There's no warranty but they said if we find anything wrong within a week then they'd fix it so that's a piece of mind. It's been a week and so far nothing wrong with the floor model we got!
Anyway I wish I discovered this place long ago for all my furniture needs. 10/10 highly recommend!”

Details: I ordered a printer and a few miscelaneous items on the app. I got text updates as my order was fulfilled and ready. Inside the store I had a great pickup experience! As I browsed around, I noticed the store was pretty busy, but the staff were all working hard and handling the departments well.
Standout: The employee in Geeksquad was awesome! He helped me find a screen protector, installed it on the phone, and had me out of the store in just a few minutes. I did not note his name but it was 06/26/24 at 19:25 (7:25 PM)

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“Jennifer, who works at the paint center, is an angel! That woman deserves a raise. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A great example for the way costumer service should be. She answered all my questions about what types of paints I could use to paint my grandmother's mobile home wood panel walls, to help me make an informed decision. She also made sure I had the correct paint rollers and other supplies. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next paint project!”
