“Clean store, there were barely any customers when I arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful and helped me get out the door in a few minutes. Great experience, 10/10 would recommend. Tons of great deals on Best Buy returns, most open box which means people unpacked the product and then realized it was not what they thought they had bought. If you're looking for electronics or appliances and want a good deal but aren't sure what would fit your needs, this is where you want to go.”

“We had our 50 year old HVAC system removed and replaced with a brand new HVAC System. Alll Air Masters was great to work with every step of the way. Frank was easy to work with and his crew, led by Fabian, was simply awesome. We could ask for a better company to install our new system. 3-days total and the old system fine and new one installed. All work was done according to the quote we were provided, no upscope or additional charges were asked for. All Air Masters is an excellent company. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

“We were kinda skeptical about this place cuz prices are too good to be true. The guy working here is really helpful and answers all your questions. We really liked the selection they have and the quality of the items. We found an $800 modular sectional couch that would normally cost like $1500+ at a furniture store.
3 days later, they delivered our couch around noon and hauled away the old one. Delivery guy was patient and helped set it up to where we wanted it and everything.
There's no warranty but they said if we find anything wrong within a week then they'd fix it so that's a piece of mind. It's been a week and so far nothing wrong with the floor model we got!
Anyway I wish I discovered this place long ago for all my furniture needs. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“Just want to give a shout out to the paint department! Jaiden greeted me with a big smile when he saw me enter the area with a picture. I showed him the artwork and said I wanted to paint an accent wall with one of the blues in the painting. He suggested a number of shades and put them against the painting for me to match. He told me the difference in paints and suggested that Satin would work the best in the room. He was very kind and helpful. It's rare and nice to see his generation treating a 59 year old woman with respect. He didn't rush me and made me feel confident in my choice of color. I will post a picture when it's done! “Jennifer, who works at the paint center, is an angel! That woman deserves a raise. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A great example for the way costumer service should be. She answered all my questions about what types of paints I could use to paint my grandmother's mobile home wood panel walls, to help me make an informed decision. She also made sure I had the correct paint rollers and other supplies. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next paint project!”

“I love this place. Terri in paint is so nice. She asked me if I needed help and even custom made me a color. She's like my paint fairy godmother. The colors was a perfect match. Then when I went to checkout, I saw a bunch of self checkout registers, but I hate those. Chuck opens up a register for me so I didn't have to self checkout. I went back two more times last week. Each time I had amazing customer service.”
