Even though it started to get busy! The store looked clean and stocked and every employee that I came in Contact with was so friendly. He was was very professional and kind person who took the time to explain to me everything. Then walked me over to this nice lady named Jarmain and she opened an account for me as well she was very nice and professional. Over all I got a very classy positive feeling about the place and the ambiance was serene and peaceful not like other shabby banks.”

There weren't long lines, but I was standing in the lobby with a lost look. Christopher saw me and came out to ask what I needed. I explained, and he spend about 20 minutes helping me unravel it -- successfully. Best customer service I've had at a bank in ages.”
