“Good customer service one thing to consider is if you go Friday afternoon the lions are big and there’s always only one or two tellers so I believe that they need to hire a couple more to keep the line smaller however, bank is very clean and never have any issues with the customer service. They always say hi and overall I really like the bank.”
“I've been with FFCU since 1997 and have ALWAYS received the best service plus no monthly account fees. I have purchased 2 cars through their loan dept with interest rates that could not be beat. Best is the online app--extremely easy to use and always accessible--love being able to deposit checks online--with my phone. My Iphone has face recognition, so unless I'm wearing my mask, I can easily check my account balances, transfer funds, etc. Can't understand the other reviewers that say their money is not accessible Mine always is.”
