“The convenience of buying books in person over ordering online through a former book selling website that now sells everything. Looks like they haven’t modernized this Barnes & Noble like they have with other locations (that I’ve seen on TikTok). I hope they don’t change the look because the new look ain’t it.”

“I saw this place advertising on TikTok. We went to go check it out and was pleasantly surprised. I collect Blurays and DVDs of movie I want for my collection. The store also has books, CDs, and Vinyl. Everything is organized by genre, you're looking for something specific. The store also takes donations. I'll be going back.”

“Very nice shop, large selection of used books. You pay 1/2 the listed price, then get 1/2 back (so 1/4 the cover price) when you sell them back as store credit. They have a large selection of mysteries, which is mainly what I was interested in, but if you are looking for fiction, romance, fantasy or young adult they have that too (and probably other stuff).”
“It's fun coming to Barnes & Noble. The staff is welcoming and always greeting us. My son loves the children's corner. He gets to look through so many books that it is difficult deciding on which one to buy him, so we end up buying more than what we originally planned. Books are awesome! But they have more than books here. We love checking out the board game section as well. They have so many!!! Repeat customers forever!”

“The tall gentleman (possibly Eric) that helped us with a book today was fantastic! He made sure the cost was taken care of properly without me having to ask or explain. He was extremely competent with quickly fixing an issue, helpful, and friendly from opening the door as we came in, to explaining the steps of how to access the online book. Not many thorough employees like him anymore. We highly appreciated his efficiency!”

“This is the place to go for all your bible and religious purchases! Back story: My husband and I were looking for a bible that had the Holy Matrimony page, basically the marriage certificate page that's included in the Bible. My husband and I had been to 10 different christian book shops, and none had anything like that, nor was their stock full, and they didn't have a wide variety.
We decided that this location was going to be our last stop. The owner was very kind and super helpful. He wasn't sure about that particular page but was so patient in trying to help us find the bible we were looking for. Eventually, he found 2 bibles that had that EXACT page! The bibles were absolutely stunning! I would 100% recommend this store if you are looking to buy a bible, BUT not just a bible, There are so many more religious things at this store as well. Again, the owner was very kind, friendly, helpful, and overall welcoming. God bless the owner and his business!”

“The new Chino Campus Bookstore layout made visiting Chaffey College like it used to be for only books, school supplies and coffee but this huge lounge made it feel like cafeteria was nearby. But no prepared food, only the usual snacks, microwave and coffee were available but at least with somewhere inside to sit, finally.”

“Great book store. Of course, it's cheaper online, but nothing compares to holding the book you're about to buy. Saving time is more important to me than having to save a few bucks online only to possibly end up with a book that may have not been the best option. Great staff. They give good advice. Bathrooms and coffee are available.”
