“Just want to give a shout out to the paint department! Jaiden greeted me with a big smile when he saw me enter the area with a picture. I showed him the artwork and said I wanted to paint an accent wall with one of the blues in the painting. He suggested a number of shades and put them against the painting for me to match. He told me the difference in paints and suggested that Satin would work the best in the room. He was very kind and helpful. It's rare and nice to see his generation treating a 59 year old woman with respect. He didn't rush me and made me feel confident in my choice of color. I will post a picture when it's done! “This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. Needless to say we were 100% happy with their knowledge and the outcome. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate calling them back for repair. Thank you, Justo & Nate”

He walked us through the store, helped us build our cart, set up delivery, gave a free estimate for new doors, honored our discount, helped with our credit card, and even followed up with rebate instructions.

“Jennifer, who works at the paint center, is an angel! That woman deserves a raise. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A great example for the way costumer service should be. She answered all my questions about what types of paints I could use to paint my grandmother's mobile home wood panel walls, to help me make an informed decision. She also made sure I had the correct paint rollers and other supplies. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next paint project!”

“This is a Home Depot’s, Home Depot. It is stocked. It’s professional and everyone here is doing something. It’s out of the way for me, and I’m talking about myself here. I go pick up my material. I got my little dog. Everyone loves her.
This isn’t that kind of store. This is where the actual contractors go. If you as a person thought. I want to build a deck. I have no clue how. I promise if you stood in deck screws or treated lumber sections and asked anyone. Literally anyone walking by, man women or child. Employee. 50 year old. 19 year old. Tha will be able to help you in some way. If I found out this is one of the higher volume locations I would t be surprised.
All the employees I over heard talking knew what they were talking about and what the stuff in their location was for and how to use it. When I called to double check they were quick to help. Incredible store. While it’s not my local stop, I have no problem driving the extra 20 minutes to this location.”
“Hello, my name is Edward and I recently decided to remodel my kitchen. In efforts to control the costs of my project, I decided to purchase all of the materials myself and hire a contractor primarily for installation. I found some really nice cabinets (raised panel white) at contractors warehouse and was very pleased with the quality and price. While working on the kitchen layout and cabinet selection, I worked specifically with Joel Garcia (Sales Desk Associate), who I found extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Joel dedicated a considerable amount time going over the layout, helping with options not listed on the standard price sheet, and even reached out to their supplier to help expedite the order and address questions regarding availability and lead time. Joel Garcia and I went over the layout together to ensure all bases were covered and when I gave the layout to the contractor, the contractor was really impressed with how professional it came out (better than most he's seen). All sizes and dimensions were on point! I was so pleased with the service Joel provided, I felt compelled to write this review. The experience was an overall success, and I highly recommend any do-it-yourselfers, to work with Joel Garcia directly to achieve similar results! Great job by the contractors warehouse staff providing excellent customer service and support!”
“They are great! They refunded my money, when a employee from the paint department mixed the wrong colors of paint that I asked for. When I painted my living room the color was not what I expected. So I took both paint cans back and the manager kindly understood what happened and refunded my money. That was a blessing. I also bought moulding for the living room. It turned out great!”
