“5 Stars - Great experience with honest service! Came in for some maintenance on my 2009 Honda Civic and had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube location. They honored a quote I received about a month ago with no hassle, and I ended up saving almost $200 thanks to that. Big shoutout to Jose V., the mechanic who worked on my car. He did solid work and followed through by honoring the quote he gave me--kept his word and reminded me to bring my receipts (glad I did!). Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, and I drove away with peace of mind. Also want to thank Anna B., the CSA, for her part in making the process smooth. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. That kind of honesty goes a long way these days.
