“Exceptional service from the guys here! Jose the manager definitely knows how to train his team.
Went at 5:30pm on a weekday night out here in the heat and yet these guys worked in the sun with smiles on their faces. Absolutely incredible attitudes and genuinely kind people!
We felt taken care of because of their great customer service but even moreso because of how thorough they were with the inspection.
Of course we were given the opportunity to purchase upsells (that’s their job) but Hector did a great job at letting us know what we need in a directive way (instead of being a pushy salesguy). No pressure on us and we were able to make our decision in comfort!
Overall great service. Huge shoutout to Hector and Thomas for going above and beyond for us today.
