“Thanks to Robert and the manager on shift! Really went above and beyond to make sure we got our order and left happy. Went in with an issue that wasn’t their problem, and they still made sure to do their best to resolve it.”

“What I don't like about this place is that children's clothes between 2 and 5 years old don't have an assortment....and I like to buy children's clothes here....otherwise I like it all”

“I forgot my reading glasses ? & Marlayna was welcoming, helpful & professional in helping me with my questions about the winter pullovers I purchased. She was also very informative about acquiring a JCP credit card but unfortunately I declined. She's an asset to JCP for she demonstrates good quality service with a smile. KUDOS to Marlayna!”

Not only did he process the return fast and efficiently he took the time to listen to my reasons for the return and showed me several fits that would work best for me He was patient and informative when explaining the store and brand . Such a positive attitude. I will definitely be back to this location for future purchases. Thanks Miguel?”

“The closest Children’s Place store is almost 20 miles away from me. Went to the Montebello store for a pick up and was able to try on the ordered items, exchange, and purchase some additional items. Sam and Amanda were super helpful, friendly, and provided great customer service. We definitely will be back to shop for the holidays!”
