“This Macy's Back Stage has a lot of great deals. I saw a lot of prices that competed with other discount store locations. I went looking for spoons and forks and found them for an equal price to another store. They have clearance sections. That's discounts on already discounted things. If you're looking for home goods, stop here first. I also saw a four set of martini glasses and wine glasses for only $6.99 each!!! I don't drink alcohol like that BUT I wanted them still. I LOVE A GOOD IMPULSE BUY TOO. But the utensils came first.”
“My first time going into Torrid I went in to browse and left with brand new bras thanks to Tiffany Diaz. I haven’t worn bras in a long time due to never being able to find something that fits comfortable. She helped me find the perfect bra size and her customer service and friendliness was a 10 out of 10. Even the cleanliness of the place and product placement was amazing.”
“Came here to Vans Montebello yesterday 10/25/25 and I had a great experience! And it's thanks to an amazing worker named Angel! Angel immediately greeted my friend and I when we walked him and gave me the best deals that they have. Helped me pick out great shirts that were on sale. Outstanding customer service. “Went in to make a couple of Amazon returns yesterday evening, young girl working at the counter was very friendly and sweet. She was able to get the line down pretty quick, even though a few other customers had TONS of returns. Such a sweetheart, she explained and helped me switch the location of where to make the returns because I had accidentally put Whole Foods. Better and quick service than the Alhambra location, will be coming back again!”
“COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. None of the staff wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour (duh). They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a mall. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. However, the lot can get very full very easily and quickly.Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The store itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.”

“This is my 11th Ross within 24hours. Stil can't find that one dress but at this point I might as well give up. This Ross seems to have very nice staff at the fitting room. She let me take a look at the already worn items without being rude to me. :) There was a good selection of dresses, there was a lot on clearance so price is low. I happened to find one similar but not the same on clearance. It was the only one and not sure why it's on clearance so I got it for 7$.”

The line can be long depending on the time and time of the year but tbf everyone and their side chick is shopping here at the same time so I can't blame them but some people like to complain.”

“Hands down the best Windsor ever! I’ve been here twice in my life and both involve crazy scenarios. First one it was the day of my birthday and that girl ( ughh I wish I remembered her name) was literally a lifesaver ??? second experience which was recent I had a last minute notice about going to a wedding and the girl there (I also wish I remembered her name but if she’s reading this hey girl! I’m the girl from the 1:30 pm wedding I had to attend to lmao) helped me right away and recommend me a gorgeous dress, which was the one by the way. Great service! All these girls will help you! I've called several Boutiques and they were trying to sell garments I didn't need and they were overpriced.”
