Customer service was great -- polite and attentive. Gabby in particular was excellent, pointing me to similar styles and taking the initiative to offer help (recommendations, checkout process, etc.).

Came in to the store today to shop for sales, it didn't disappoint especially for great quality. At checkout a new associate, Jackie attend to us with great customer service. Jackie co-associates were supportive during check out. Overall, the store was clean and organized.

I had the BEST customer service from a super sweet sales rep, Ingrid. Kudos to Montebello Express for hiring her!!!
