The store was very helpful and friendly. They took my embroidery at 7:50pm and stayed late to make sure I got the perfect design. They knew I was going out of town the next day for a game and were able to do two hats for me, a awesome team. The employee helped bring my idea to life even when the design was not simple lettering and was complicated to get the file to work. Overall the experience was ok and they were very helpful.
