He drove to San Diego to assist in communication with the other location, made himself available personally on his cell to communicate with me and has spent countless hours ensuring that a former customer would be a future customer. I cannot thank and recommend this location enough after this experience.The rest of the service staff has been knowledgeable and helpful at this location in the past too.”
“I have no idea why this place has such a low rating. They saved my move! I was able to reserve the truck size I needed the night before and they even accommodated my pick up time from 10am to 7am. When I arrived the front desk clerk was friendly and fast. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Wonderful experience and highly recommend!”
