They disconnected all 4 of our family phones and now I have to connect with Verizon using my neighbors cell phone to establish a phone call with them or anyone else and now I have been told that I have to wait 24 hours till I get my new numbers cause they couldn't port over my old numbers over so all my contacts and my families contacts and anything else my family and I need to call everyone to make sure they get our new numbers I shouldn't of left T-Mobile going Verizon is so much trouble, the pain and suffering is not worth it but now I am waiting for a agent to call me back so I can get my new numbers for my family and I. I am really upset and frustrated with Verizon

Came in at opening to replace damaged SIM card. They don't carry physical SIM cards. They looked through my phone and told me that my phone would not work with an eSIM. Drove across town to another Verizon. Waited for 45 minutes for service. They looked through my phone and fixed my issue with an eSIM. I told the rep what the Montebello rep told me about not being able to use the eSIM. Apparently- the corporate Montebello mall location doesn't bother to help much with issues like this. The Montebello mall location wasted my morning by having me drive across town to a location that already had a line- and the problem could have been solved in less than 15 min. Train your people better, Verizon

We just had the worst experience ever, don’t go to this location (montebello mall)costumer services is really bad, they get mad if you don’t get the account with them and also they are really rude..

This is a corporate store in a big mall. We have only come here a few times for screen protector replacement, never for other services. Other Yelpers are correct that Kevin who works here offers excellent service and the other current employees are worthless. Many of the employees who worked here in the past were helpful and friendly. Not so any more. There were numerous employees in the store on our visit all milling around, talking, and playing with their devices and not helping other customers and only Kevin came up to us promptly and offered us excellent service. This store is in a big mall on the second floor. It is a busy mall with a big lot, so you may need to park far away and walk. The store moved locations in the mall in about the last 6-9 months, so if you have not been here for a while, then check the mall map to find the current location on the second floor. Try to get Kevin to help you or you may be doomed for the duration of your visit.

WOW Kevin is amazing! He helped me on a better deal as well as handling everything with a smile:) He is extremely smart, friendly, professional and informative. I would recommend coming here! I love coming to this Verizon store because Kevin shows concern when my family and I come in to shop what we need ! Kevin helped me switch over my plan . He was so kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and I had a ton! Even while he was busy he still was extremely professional and made sure to find the right answers to the questions that I had. I'm a little older and he made sure I understood everything. You don't know how much that means! Please pass along his name and praise him. I am so impressed by his top- notch customer service! I am really grateful to him! Will definitely refer all my friends and family to Kevin !!!

I just picked up a Google pixel 7 phone. The customer service provided by Francisco this passed Sunday was great. I had to return to the store on Thursday to have some questions I had cleared up. Xavier took the time to help me with my new phone great job brother. Thank you Verizon for a providing an excellent product and knowledgeable employees.

Don't get Jason to help you. I had went in for the trade in deal with Verizon for my Samsung trade into the new S23. It supposedly comes with a new watch and tablet. Me asking how the deal works, Jason said we only had to pay the 35$ activation fee each device and any taxes that came with the devices. Sounds awesome! He didn't say that each device is automatically signed up for a Verizon line that requires you to pay $10/$20 a month for 36 months. Basically we're still paying $360 each device when I could have traded itt at the Samsung website with no lines attached and I would still get a 200$ credit I could use to buy another Samsung device. The Samsung watch itself is about 316$ why would I commit to a monthly plan that ultimately adds up to $360 plus tax?! Then we asked about accessories and asked if they came included with the device for free?? He goes yeah! They come with the device. So we get a bill instore. 1 I understand for the taxes of the devices. The second was 297 which I thought was the remainder of the trade in value as my phone traded value was $1000 but the new phone is $1299. It was not for the remainder but the accessories!!! When I asked for a reciept all he gave me was a paper that had my signature and the prices paid on them not for what the amount was for... Me thibking I could fully trust Verizon thought alright, if there is a problem we can search it up by the numbers on the reciept he gave me. Comes in the phone bill and I see alllll the extra charges. When I come back to ask all they can say is well you signed off on it and they sent a text on that day saying what I have agreed to, which I had not received at all the day talking woth Jason... I told no he should be showing me that on his tablet that we were signing on, not my phone number that I never received nor was asked to review with him. SO infuriating. I only have Verizon due to the service we get at the postal office since my mom works there and we want to keep in touch incase anything happens. But with this, I don't recommend Verizon ever.

Not good service, first the told me wait time is 25mins, they texted me and I am waiting here since 15 mins, so.e o e showed up later than me they got helped right away apparently speaking Same language as they were preferred. When I asked they argued right infront my face and no estimate time provided. Not sure why they text you as I am next than no one shows up.Below you can read close to same treatment to others.
