“Popped into this store today and I'm really glad I did. I've always loved James Perse T-shirts, and these are every bit as good (maybe even better) at about half the price. I was also able to get a genuine leather belt custom-fit for an insanely fair price, which was a huge bonus. Finding a belt that fits my smaller waist has always been impossible, so this was exactly what I was looking for. The quality is excellent, and I know it'll only get better with age. The owner is a great guy, and the whole experience was fantastic. I’ll be back to try on some jeans next. Highly recommend checking this place out!”

The quality of their clothing is great, and I still wear the same pieces I acquired years ago. The fabrics feel both breathable and sturdy, suited for a variety of wear. “WHATTA GREAT FIND ! My wife and I were up in Santa Barbara for a few days to celebrate her birthday. On Friday morning we were checking out the retail stores on State St and came upon Vuori. Now we have both seen Vuori performance apparel on Instagram...we all get hit with lots of stuff on Instagram. This was the first time we had seen an actual store. Being the day after my wife's birthday we were looking for some ultra comfortable leisure / travel wear. WOW ! You know you hear of these new fashion brands, see them online but you really don't know what to expect ....until you feel it in your hands. There was lots of action going on when we walked inside....no one attacked us within 30 seconds. We found leisure pants similar to what my wife wanted and then out of nowhere we found Summer....a very personable sales assistant to help us. Within a couple of minutes my wife had about 3 different styles of black pants / joggers to try on. WE HAVE A WINNER ! My wife found one pair she liked a lot but opted for the next size down...extra small. These had a tapered ankle like joggers. I found another pair with a relaxed fit ankle and my wife loved them too. DONE DEAL ! They were certainly not cheap but the cut and fabric quality were top notch. My wife wore a pair to dinner that night and they were so comfortable. TOP QUALITY HERE !”

“Samuel, the owner is wonderful. He helped resolve a minor issue in regards to a couple beanies i purchased. His staff is polite and helpful. I visit this store every year with my family when we go to Santa Barbara. The hoodies don’t shrink, they are warm and a great quality. The store is cool and it’s a welcoming vibe. It smells good inside and they have tons of cool Santa Barbara hoodies with vibrant colors that my kids loved too. This store left a lasting impression. The interior was beautiful, the customer service was excellent, and they offered high-quality products. Overall, it's a great store worth checking out.”

“I had such a great experience at Banana Republic that I had to leave a review. The store is always clean, organized, and full of beautiful pieces, but what really makes it stand out is the customer service.
Aidan (really handsome man ?) went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, attentive, and had such a great eye for style. He picked out pieces that fit my vibe perfectly and made the whole process effortless. It honestly felt like having a personal stylist! Such a gentleman , he even told my daughter she was beautiful (I would love him as a son-in-law ?)

However I will say I almost walked out without buying anything because the shop owner was beyond rude, extremely unhelpful - She told me she didn’t have a medium in what I was looking for even though they did - and she literally told me to stay away from her because I coughed once and she didn’t want to get sick. She stood outside the store the entire time I shopped. I don’t believe in leaving bad reviews and probably just shouldn’t have supported her but the whole interaction rubbed me the wrong way and it seems I’m not the first…”
