“When I go to the Home Depot I always go through the Garden Center because Maria the cashier always welcome you. When I am ready to check out, I go to her and she is so patient and helpful. She even remembers things you spoke to her that had happened to you as asks how things are going now. She makes you feel as if you are the most important customer i the store. She deserves five stars alone!”
“I bought a dryer the first time. Then went back and bought the matching washer. The prices are great for brand new items and the service is amazing. They delivered both items, installed them and even hauled my old items! We needed a special part to install the washer and they had it in the truck and there’s it in for us! This is the only place I will purchase appliances from now on. I will be going back to get my new refrigerator and stove when I do my kitchen remodel. They have a dedicated customer here. ??”
“I had an exceptional experience with Alfreda a couple of months ago. I was in the market for a new, basic sewing machine and she took the time to demo a few of the models, as well as explain the differences between them. I was able to make a purchase decision with confidence. After I made my decision, Alfreda showed me a few operating tricks/tips and then had me do it myself! “Good store, Saw a traffic light inside the store that was funny. it’s a 2 story store but the escalator didn’t work so you climb it like a stair case. Restrooms are on the second floor and they aren’t the best or the worst.”

I searched on amazon Walmart best buy and even other smaller Internet sites.. and these deals were way better than all of those places.. great man inside, the owner is friendly and helps u out so much with products and price ranges that u want.. and for the fat guy outside that does the labor discriminates, and will over charge u for labor. But u can just take the products somewhere else to install. I love this place and highly recommend”

“Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.”

My dryer was making this excruciating loud sound when it was on it was so annoying not knowing any one to look at it, I decided to trust the internet I went through a few companies and read the reviews and it’s not easy calling someone you don’t know and they have to come to your home to fix the Dryer. Well I had to make a choice and I picked this company they had good reviews and I went with my gut feeling.
I have no regrets thank you for the service It was fast but most of all professional and Reasonable!
I will refer them in the future to family and friends.

“When the LA store, which is now closed, was still open, I bought a Samsung drum washing machine there. They even gave me a free one-year warranty. In conclusion, it’s impossible to buy such a great product at such a low price as a new item. Even finding a used Samsung drum washing machine of the highest specifications that I use is difficult. Especially the Korean female staff member, whose name I don’t know, provided the best service with her kind, friendly, and professional attitude. I hope this store continues to thrive and stays in business for a long time, so consumers who want to buy good products at fair prices can choose it. Thank you so much !”

“Great Black Friday deals, and we picked up a beautiful Christmas tree and wreath today (for an amazing price too!). Parking was a bit busy, but as long as you stay calm and not rushed you'll have a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the kindest, holiday spirited team at Home Depot and in the holiday tree area. The staff really knew their stuff about Christmas trees - I believe the tree team was also from ICI Trees. Don't forget the free clippings and hot chocolate. Our 17 month old had so much fun checking out the trees and picking out ours. Happy holidays everyone!”

“This review is for heat pump and air handler installation. I called on a Wednesday morning after our air handler stopped working on a cold night. I went with their advice of replacing my entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth fixing. They came out three days later on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new system despite the cold icy weather. They worked a good 12 hours to make sure everything was set up and running properly. They were very polite and spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know. Overall I was very happy and impressed with my experience with 4 Service Pros and all the technicians we worked with.”
