“This past week we utilized Monterey Park Auto Collision to replace our front bumper after a driveway parking mishap, which resulted in it becoming partially detached. The staff was professional, courteous and honest, the costs were competitive and reasonable, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule! We received a high quality repair of the front bumper to factory-new condition. Even though we deferred replacing the rear bumper on this visit, we were pleasantly surprised upon pickup that the body repairers nevertheless made minor touch-ups in order to make the rear of the car more cosmetically presentable. Going to extra mile like this, on top of being an honest and reputable shop, really made an impression on us. We intend to utilize Monterey Park Auto Collision in the future and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. A very special thanks to Annie and Ray for their kind and professional service.”

My call was answered immediately and after explaining what I was looking for, I was asked to bring my car by to confirm that their service would improve the brightness. The manager, who had answered my call, welcomed me and walked out to my car with one of his team. They conferred and agreed that they could restore the lenses. The price was reasonable and the team member set to work. Within 20 minutes the lenses looked like new and I was back on the road. “Someone threw up all over the inside of my new car after my baby shower. I called a lot of different places to get quotes, and was turned away by most. Before making a decision Keith educated me on what to ask other businesses to ensure the job would be done properly. He was very thorough, honest, and professional. He also guarantees his work. I didn't want to call anyone else after talking with him. Keith reassured me that he could get anything out and gave me a great price considering the situation. He came and picked up my car, removed the seat and sanitized everything. He even did our toddler's car seat. He ran an ozone machine to kill any lingering odor. Once he was finished he came and dropped my car off to me. He didn't use any strong fragrances which I appreciate because it makes me nauseous from the pregnancy. Pick up and drop off was free and extremely appreciated. There is no way I could have gotten in that car, let alone drive it anywhere without adding to the mess I'm so glad I went to Keith, I'll never go anywhere else for detailing.”

“I've got a 2019 Chevy Colorado I used to wash and wax myself fairly regularly but for reasons it's probably been well over a year if not two since it had a good cleaning so it was pretty darn dirty. Steve quoted me $250 to give it a complete exterior detail and a basic interior detail. When I picked it up it looked like fresh off the showroom floor. It ended up taking him longer than he originally estimated as there was some pretty embedded grime on it. I told him I'd be fine with paying a bit more for the extra trouble but he said he'd quoted $250 and that's what he'd take.Great job, good value, highly recommend.Services: Full body wash”

“I was recently in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Fix Auto East LA was one of the repair shops his insurance recommended. I was a bit skeptical but the reviews were good and it was conveniently close to my house. Upon arrival everything about this shop was great. They were extremely nice and professional. Walking me through the entire process before hand. Because they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I decided to ask for a quote to fix my rear bumper. These damages were completely unrelated to the accident. The accident had damaged my front driver side but my rear bumper desperately needed to be repainted. I couldn't believe when they quoted me $220 to remove and paint the entire bumper. Every other quote I had gotten ranged from $400-$500! Of course I jumped at the opportunity! While my car was being repaired I got several phone calls and texts from Nancy with status updates. My car came out perfect!! Looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier! Lord forbid I'm ever involved in another accident but if I am, I'll definitely be going back to Fix Auto!! Thanks guys!!”

“I recently had my car washed at Evergreen Auto Wash and Detailing, which has its entrance conveniently located on the side off Evergreen Ave. Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by either the manager or owner who took the time to explain the different tiers of services and pricing in a very transparent manner. I was happy to learn that customers can also inquire about a Yelp discount. The team did a thorough job washing and detailing the interior and exterior of my vehicle. They were meticulous in cleaning every nook and cranny. My car looked practically brand new when they were finished! There was just one small miss - the deep crevice where my windshield wipers rest was not completely cleaned out. Given the otherwise stellar job the team did, I'm still giving Evergreen Auto Wash 4 out of 5 stars. I would happily come back and recommend their services to friends and family. The owner/manager provides excellent customer service, the facilities are spotless, and the team pays close attention to detail. I have no doubt they would quickly remedy the one area that was missed. With such great service at fair prices, Evergreen Auto Wash is my new go-to for all my auto detailing needs!”
