“Update 11/25:

I have moved to Whittier since my first review and still take cars here for more sophisticated and complex work. I had been lax on maintaining my nearly 20 year old E550. Major issue were the air shocks. Original diagnosis was a compressor issue but Chris found an electrical issue....much less expensive that the compressor. He saved me a grip of cash which was reason I was lax with maitaining of E550 in first place. He did some other PM stuff on the ride and my little rocket ship is ready for road once again. Thanks Chris and crew!

This is my 3rd time. I was here Before Covid. however, I spoke with the shop owner beforehand and received all the prices based on my vehicle information. However, when I arrived, he spoke differently and began adding extra charges for other reasons. He told me I could leave if I didn’t like it and said it wasn’t a big deal. I replied, “If it’s not a big deal, just go ahead and do it.”

Once the work was completed, he still charged me. He made adjustments after addressing the problem and finally said, “I made adjustments because I know people like you. Some how. His behavior felt unprofessional and unnecessary today.

“Ordered 5 tires for my SUV online. When the tires arrived, they reached out to set an appointment at 8:00AM. They took 1 hour to change all 4 tires and 1 spare. I asked to keep my old tires and they bagged all 6 of my old tires and loaded it up in my car. They even aligned the Toyota logo on the center caps to point towards the tire stem so I can easily find the stem. This is why I always buy my tires from Costco. Great service!”
