“I can't recommend Grand Prix Tire highly enough! I had a 9:30 AM appointment to replace all four of my tires on a Saturday. I had somewhere I absolutely needed to be by 11:30 AM, and I also needed my car for Sunday. I didn't realize they closed at 2 PM on Saturdays and weren't open on Sundays. Honestly, I expected it to be like most tire shops where you're waiting around for hours. Instead, Ronnie went above and beyond. He listened to my situation, reassured me they'd do everything they could, and told me to come back by 11:00 AM. To my surprise, they actually called me well before 11 to let me know my car was already finished! When I arrived, Ronnie was helping another customer, but another gentleman greeted me immediately with a friendly attitude and had me checked out in less than five minutes. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It's rare to find a business that values your time as much as Grand Prix Tire does. Their team is prompt, poised, professional, and genuinely committed to excellent customer service. They turned what I thought would be a stressful morning into one of the easiest automotive service experiences I've ever had. If you're looking for honest professionals who deliver quality work quickly without sacrificing customer service, Grand Prix Tire is the place to go. They've earned a customer for life!”

“The owner is a true professional. The alignment service was prompt and on time, and the owner provided a nice recommendation for a beautiful walking path while waiting. Overall it was about 30-45 minutes, and some good exercise. Price was reasonable and exactly as expected. Thanks!”
