My car had a loose steering wheel problem then and dealership mechanics wanted to replace the whole steering wheel unit but Alvin found out better solution with just replacing the coupling joint which saves me a lot of money. That's why I rely on him on my E46 now.. It's hard to find an honest mechanic who's also knowledgeable in BMW's. I highly recommend this shop.”

“My family and I had been dealing with a drain issue for over a year and a half, but Monterey Park Plumbing took care of it. On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I wish there was a way to award a company a perfect score of 10 st Monterey Park Plumbing because they are good.”

“I noticed my car's steering pulling to the left, so I called and let him know about the issue, and he told me over the phone that if its something with the suspension, then there's nothing he can do (appreciate that he let me know up front!) but to come by and get it looked at first. I stopped by shortly after the phone call and he put my car on the lift to inspect. He found what was the issue and showed me, and gave me some options. Coincidentally he had the part on hand and fixed it for a little extra $ + re-aligned my car. The price was more than reasonable, service was great, he had an awesome attitude as well. I really appreciate the HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY shown to me. I'd consider myself handy but leave some things like this to professionals.Would highly recommend for anyone in need of his services!”

“This past week we utilized Monterey Park Auto Collision to replace our front bumper after a driveway parking mishap, which resulted in it becoming partially detached. The staff was professional, courteous and honest, the costs were competitive and reasonable, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule! We received a high quality repair of the front bumper to factory-new condition. Even though we deferred replacing the rear bumper on this visit, we were pleasantly surprised upon pickup that the body repairers nevertheless made minor touch-ups in order to make the rear of the car more cosmetically presentable. “So happy with the service I've received at this repair shop. My first experience was the day before a rainstorm. My front tires had a lot of wear on them, but the back tires were fine. I pulled into the garage and the guys rotated the tires on my car in only a few minutes leaving me feeling safe driving my kids around in a storm. Just this week the window on my car dropped into the door unexpectedly and would not close. I again drove into the garage, and the guys diagnosed the problem in less than a minute. I left my car overnight, and in less than 24 hours they repaired the window, and fixed the problem that was causing a check engine light on the panel. A+. Highly recommend.”

“At Your Service was recommeneded to me by 3 different friends in the real estate business. I needed to evict a tenant who refused to move after the lease had expired. The person running the office is Frank who is a paralegal. While he is very knowlegeable in this field, he can be too quick to jump to the conclusion without listening or understanding all the facts of the case. He would tell you :" sorry, you have no case, don't waste your money". You have to be very patient and straight to the point when explaining your case. Frank would then present the case to an attorney in the office. Mostly I found Frank to be VERY FRANK, responsive, organized and efficient. Fees are as follows: $275 consult fees with a real lawyer ;) , Filing with the court $3,000, court appearing fees $450.”
