“I always shopping to this Home Depot. I sometimes need to return some items and there's workers who are rude and look depressed to be working. Although, a young girl whom I always see customer service helped me a couple days ago. She told me her name was Jen and she was nicest person there who has so far helped me return some gardening items. In the past I've been helped by grouch older ladies that don't seem to have that spark of energy that this young lady has. I feel Home Depot needs to change a couple people from there mostly the older ladies because their mean sometimes or seem to not want to help. How can you work at the customer service department and not have a smile on ones face!. That is outrageous! Although my rating is based on this young lady who I believe is the sweetest.”
“George’ Showroom was a delight to visit. Beth completely understood that we wanted to create a bathroom that our 1924 home would like. And the fixtures she pointed us to are going to fit in perfectly! “Frankly the best hardware store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. They have EVERYTHING. Fans, leaf blowers, garden soil, fruit pickers, massive assortment of shovels and hoes, shelving, toilets, bidets, the biggest selection of screws and fasteners I have ever seen, and FROZEN RHUBARB PIES? I've never seen a store like this. Employees are incredibly helpful as well”
“Baller Hardware has been my go to hardware store and plant shop since they opened in HLP a few years ago. Staff is always super friendly and helpful + prices are great. Parking is available in the back lot.
I really want to emphasize that the indoor and outdoor plant shop here is truly outstanding. The owners consistently have the best selection of plants for amazing prices (they even offer pretty frequent plant sales with significant discounts). My wife and I have filled our yard and house with Baller plants and they all are super happy, healthy, and beautiful.
Special shout out to Keith who works in the plant department and is always very friendly, happy, knowledgeable, and helpful. He’s there almost every time we visit and he’s given us great advice on keeping our plants healthy and he even pots our plants very nicely for us when we purchase a plant + pot together (pictured). Thank you, Keith! And Ballers!”
“I called ahead to make sure they had what needed & they did. So I tell them ill be there shortly and so when I get there they already were waiting on me. So I pay and then one of the girls has a dolly with what bough. I get to my truck it and she tried but just wasnt able to lift it so I stepped in like the gentleman I am & did it for her and for that reason I give it 5 stars cuz other stores with mostly men working there won't even ask if you need assistance loading and this place didnt ask just did it. “I don't give him very many 5 star reviews for considering this place was closed when I got here and I'm a little rough around the edges and I wasn't made to feel a certain way like I was there to steal I get that a lot and I'm okay with that the employees were very very polite and helped me In getting the parts that I needed Alejandro thank you. “About 10 years ago I purchased 2 6' double sided step ladders. The price was fantastic and the quality was even better. This last winter I left my Werner 28' extension ladders outside of an A frame house in the mountains. When I got there in the late spring after the snow melt, I found that the weight had crushed them enough that there were cracks in the fiberglass at each rung making them unsafe. I knew where I wanted to buy my new ladders but being from Washington State makes it tough to just go get them. But I do travel down there so I waited until the next trip. I checked prices from the big warehouse companies(not sure if I can mention Dome Hepot or Slowe's) before I went there but because of the quality of my step ladders I felt very good about making the purchase regardless. I had the pleasure of meeting Brad who spent way more time with me than I expected. He was extremely knowledgeable and just as friendly. In the end I purchased 3 ladders that day and came back for a 4th on my way back north. Even with CA 10.75 sales tax the ladders were cheaper than the big places. That includes Oregon which doesn't have sales tax. I would have been ok paying more because you usually do for better quality. But I saved over 15% total buy shopping there! A fantastic group of very nice people with a product of the highest quality. I'll be looking forward to seeing them again on my next trip through.

“ever walked in to a store and u planned on buying just 1 thing.. but walked out with a basket full of random things or u got ur family waiting for u in the car while u just grabbed what u went in for.... 1hr later.. if u have a gf n when u guys goes out shopping to her stores (bcuz she needs make up all of a sudden) then guys! this is the perfect payback.. why? ill tell u why.. just like u guys both walked around every isle n looked at every product in her boring store well (buhahaha) i can literally walk thru every isle and find something i might need or find something i might want or maybe buy something because the deal was just so good u had to buy it. from the moment u walk into harbor freight till the little items at the check stands im having a problem saying no bcuz its so cheap and its so useful.. i love this store. i love tools.. i might just be an addict for low cost quality tools”

“Eagle Tools is my “go-to” vendor for professional woodworking tools. I’ve have been going there for years and I’m constantly impressed with their quality, selection and service. The store is extensive and masterfully organized. They are customer centric and regularly provide demo days and interactive product training. “MISSION West K & B (est 2005) is an opulent one-stop-shop kitchen and bath shop. It is a family owned and operated business located in South Pasadena. They supply customers with all of their plumbing, lighting, hardware, counter top and custom cabinetry.
Their showroom emits class and elegance as evidence by the unique-creative designs of their products. I was on the market of upgrading my kitchen and bathroom and they seem to have the stuff that I might need. I have looked all over Pasadena and they are on the top of my list. Parking is abundant along Mission street. Overall, it’s a great kitchen and bathroom store.”
“It’s always a pleasure visiting this Harbor Freight, the staff is usually kind and helpful. However, I have noticed a few occasions where some employees were standing around chatting instead of helping customers, leaving one person to manage a growing line alone. It’s a bit frustrating, especially when it feels like those employees notice the situation, make eye contact, then look/ walk away while customers are clearly getting impatient.
That aside, I really can’t complain. Harbor Freight consistently delivers quality tools at great prices, and their return policy is excellent, giving me peace of mind with every purchase. It’s always my go-to spot for getting the tools I need to finish my projects. Keep up the great work, Harbor Freight!”

“I needed a sliding gate motor for a commercial property and after much research decided on getting the Calimet motor, which is based out of Los Angeles county and has made in America motors.
I spoke with Denise who was extremely helpful from initial product selection, to configuration of the system, to checking the design with engineering and availability over her cell to answer any questions and procure additional parts I needed.
I recommend these guys for all your gate motor needs. I found out they also carry all the wrought iron gate parts too. I recommend the store and their products.”

“Super convenient, well stocked, helpful service from a wonderful local hardware store. I had a leaky shower valve to fix and the kind lady helped me step through the items that I needed to complete the repair. Fortunately the store is not far away, so going back and forth to the store while diagnosing the issue wasn't an issue. A HUGE plus for this local gem of a hardware store. The parts and tools I purchased were of good value and made in Taiwan. Fixing the leaky shower was made much easier by this store. If one is close by, I recommend stopping here first to find parts and small supplies for your DIY repair.”
