“The hotel is very dated, but it was decent. The bedding made for a comfortable sleep, but the older style air conditioner was very loud. The complimentary breakfast can be skipped; very sparse. There was a single waffle maker (really long line), scrambled, eggs, and potatoes. No sausage, ham, or bacon in sight. The primary clientele are Asian, so maybe that's not unusual. However, the instant coffee from machine was disappointing. Food is not really an issue, there are so many restaurants within blocks of this hotel.”

“I'm honestly surprised this hotel is rated only 3.8 on Google. I stayed here for five days, and my experience was great. The staff was friendly and kind, and check-in was quick and easy. I especially want to give a big THANK YOU to the maintenance guy. I was having an issue with my AC it kept switching from cold to warm, and instead of going to the front desk, I mentioned it to a maintenance man who was working in the room next door. He told me to give him a minute and said he'd take a look. I had just sat down in my room when he knocked on my door, checked the unit, and said he'd be back. To my surprise, he returned shortly after with a whole new AC unit and installed it right then and there. The rest of my stay, I barely wanted to leave the room because it was so nice and cold!
Thank you again — that kind of service made my stay so much more enjoyable.”
“Everyone was so nice to us. We had a great time. The beds were clean, we had enough towels and toilet paper. We were impressed by their kindness ☺️ it's really cheap, probably the cheapest in L.A for 4 guests. I will recommend this place. Thank you for everything you do.”

Rooms: Impressive with plenty of lighting and how you can dim the lights at the desk to work without disturbing others.
Great showers and was a pleasant surprise when there was seated toilet seats.”
