“I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the exceptional service provided by Annie at the 986 Pharmacy today, Saturday.
My father having problems with swallow food this morning, so I had to contact his doctor to order Ansoprazole. We called the pharmacy around 12:00 PM, knowing they close at 1:00 PM. Annie immediately stepped in and was instrumental in ensuring we were able to get the medication today.
This level of responsive service is truly exceptional, especially on a Saturday with such short notice. I am very grateful that there is a pharmacy willing to go above and beyond for their patients.

“I get my prescription here. I have everything ready and I'm usually in and out within 5-10 minutes. Solid service as I see them help elderly patients and non English speaking patients patiently. The actual store is decent. Not a fan of of the line goes into an isle though”

She even put both English and Chinese on the vials so all family members can understand what each vial is for. I feel very comfortable with them, this will be my pharmacy for a long time.”
“I came here with a prescription that other pharmacies said medication could not be ordered. There was some wait because they were busy. Some people were trying to cut the line to get help but they kindly told everyone to wait in line. They were honest telling me the wait time for my medication and copay. The copay was high and the pharmacist told me other options. I let the pharmacist to contact my doctor to change to another equivalent medication. I was notified by both telephone and text message to pick up my medication the next day. This pharmacy is big and nice. It will become my preferred pharmacy from now on.”
