“Had a smooth move in and sales experience with Ricardo. Space was ready on time, they processed our paperwork in one day, and it seems to be a great value! The app access works seamlessly and the amenities are really great for something that isn't much more expensive than any other storage space. We'll have to see long term if rent raises are reasonable. The squarefootage listed is heavily rounded up as well, so keep that in mind if you need every inch of space. Our was listed 8.5% bigger than it actually is - but just measure when you visit and make sure it works for your needs!”
“Although it's the nearest Costco to reach from City centre. It's not the usual costco wholesale outlet and lacks the alcohol, clothing, electronics section costco wholesale outlets have. Although it is a free ride on service 600 from down town and a short walk. Check out the one at Alhambra instead if coming from LAX city centre. Bus 78 is direct there”
“Nearest Costco to where I live. Almost always packed, even on week days. The parking lot is large enough but still getting a parking spot closer to the store is a bit different and sometimes chaotic which is why I usually park a bit further away. I recommend finding a spot near a shopping cart return location. It's more convenient and easier to return your shopping cart. For the Costco warehouse, plenty of stuff. Sales run frequently. Staff are usually helpful. The checkout area is a bit cluttered. So when queues form, it gets a bit chaotic but the lines move quickly. The food court area is a bit small. When there's a crowd, things can get a bit chaotic.”

Joey, the service manager, runs that place like a battleship. Professional, responsive, and actually gives a damn about customers, which is getting rarer than a clean porta-potty on a Friday afternoon jobsite. Every question got answered fast, the property was clean, secure, and organized, and shopping was smooth from start to finish.
The store itself, was equally impressive. You can tell immediately when leadership actually supports their team and takes pride in the operation. That facility reflects it. Between customer service, communication, and overall professionalism, they’ve set the bar ridiculously high.
When shopping for groceries and want a place that’s secure, well managed, and run by people who genuinely care, this is the spot.”

There’s a gentleman laying slat on the floor at the front of the entrance and the manager is talking to him. He’s not yelling at him to get him to move, he’s not treating him like an animal shooooing him away. He’s talking to him, listening to him, offering options, encouraging him to contact his family. In a world full of nasty and people acting inhumanly towards their neighbors, here’s an interaction I didn’t think I would ever be able to witness.
