Just started charging me for safe deposit box. I tried to cancel the box and they are charging me anyway. Service has gone way downhill. Branches closing. Slow ATMs. This is PACIFIC GROVE, CA branch. Good riddance!

Exceptional customer service. Went to 2 other banks and they were unwilling to help me. Brittany was very personable and professional. Highly recommended.

ATM ate my cash, deposit didn't go through, nobody could help me other than calling the claims department which was also the only option I had on my own. Unhelpful and seemingly unconcerned that my cash was just kind of... gone!
