About Cinemark Century Monterey 13
Cinemark Century Monterey 13 is an okay theater that gets the job done. The image and sound are great, and the theater is always clean and enjoyable. The staff are very friendly. However, the seats are dated and could use an upgrade, with a wish for more leg room. There is easier access needed to the women's bathroom. The food line is quick, but management saves expense by understaffing on weekdays, sometimes causing concession lines. A warning has been noted about people entering without paying through the unguarded exit door. It is not the best, but not the worst either, for an overall good experience.
