Chris set up my new laptop and helped me solve a password problem that I couldn't fix on my own. He's both efficient and patient with those of us who need a little help. He helped my husband previously with nasty virus. We both highly recommend him.

Chris helped me figure out why I was stuck in bios, fixed the problem (USB port had bent teeth causing a short), and per my request he re-housed the entire PC into a new case, all for very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend his services. Thanks again Chris!
