“Chris set up my new laptop and helped me solve a password problem that I couldn't fix on my own. He's both efficient and patient with those of us who need a little help. He helped my husband previously with nasty virus. We both highly recommend him.”

“Best Apple Store I’ve ever went to. Great service and they fixed my phone in a flash. Highly recommend going if you need your phone repaired and if you have AppleCare.”

“Always had a positive experience with Geek Squad. The store is open 7 days a week and it is easy to get an appointment. Was struggling to install the family pack Microsoft 365 on a 3rd computer. Kenneth helped me overcome a few glitches to get it working smoothly. He is knowledgeable, helpful and patient.”

“Huge shoutout to Benjamin from Geek Squad — he was an absolute lifesaver. My sister completely locked herself out of her new phone, and Benjamin jumped right in and handled everything smoothly and professionally. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes, and he explained things clearly while staying patient and friendly the whole time. Outstanding customer service and expertise. This is exactly why Geek Squad is worth it. Thanks again, Benjamin!”
