The rental counter is just at the airport terminal, the staff was friendly and made the process fast and easy. The car was a newer model year car and worked flawlessly and with a great gas mileage. The return could not be any easier. Love the simplicity and reasonable rates at Monterey Regional Airport. Fully satisfied.
