Poor customer service. Their actions were rude and unnecessary, especially from an employee—Carmen. I recommend the free people in San Jose.

Very rude lady who works there believe her name was Carman. Talks badly behind the customer's back. Aren’t retail workers supposed to make the customers feel comfortable enough to come back? Not making them feel uncomfortable.
