Great location run a nice older local guy. Very friendly and helpful. He got my delicate art very nicely wrapped and shipped for an extremely reasonable price.

The guys working here are so rude. I have tried several times but I have switched to another location. The young lady in front of me was practically in tears. I am always treated rudely, like I am interrupting him, and I really think he is miserable.

The guy who smokes cigarettes inside will get aggressive with you absolutely anything, it's advised not to ask questions, he gets twitchy, might be drunk or on drugs

I’ve visited this UPS store multiple times, and every experience with the older, bearded gentleman has been negative. Initially, I thought he might’ve just had an off day, but after several visits, it’s clear that rudeness is his standard. He’s always in a rush to get you out of the store and shows no interest in being polite or helpful. I’ve since started going to the FedEx across the street, where the staff at least treats you with respect and is willing to assist. Would not recommend this location. I'd give zero stars if it would allow me.

The beared guy who works there is a rude chump. I always dread going in there because he is so rude. Every time and I really mean every time i have to make a return he is hostile and rude. Not only to me but everyone who comes in the store. He clearly doesn't like his job and should go find employment elsewher.

I went in asking about shredding documents and a staff member came out to my vehicle to load the papers on a cart. Twice. It was great customer service.

For the last year, this has been our chosen UPS location. Though you can receive and send your packages just as you can at different locations and with similar companies; The grade of customer service is why I am writing. I have felt and witnessed on many occasions, the impatience and frustration towards customers from the owner “Chris” (I was told this is his name. Initially we introduced ourselves. And Chris responded with a stern stare and “How can I help you?”). We have brushed off this unwelcoming behaviors as having a bad day or overwhelmed by the customer lines. But, this Wednesday, I saw a struggling parent/customer who was verbalizing being new to Amazon returns and trying to email to print a label at this UPS location (which are services offered). You could see it in her eyes and her demeanor she was overwhelmed and embarrassed; almost paralyzed in movement. (It should be mentioned she had three children with one in a stroller that were being impatient. All the more in my opinion, for Chris to offer support to move them along kindly.) Chris didn’t offer any positive assistance rather sighed, glared and muttering under his breathe. Regretfully, I was rushing to the airport and could not provide the proper support she needed. However, I did take time to suggest going across the street to FEDex for supportive customer service to meet her need (print a label) and showed her how to send an email either to UPS or FEDex . She kindly insisted on wanting to give business to [Chris’s] location. And I heard her apologize and correct her children on numerous occasions. Disappointingly, her comments did NOT change Chris’s demeanor towards helpful support. It should be mentioned at this time, Chris was not busy, and the store was not crowded. I choose to support local businesses because of the local feel. For us kindness matters and we all are doing the best we can. Chris, If customer service is difficult to offer, my unsolicited suggestion is to step to the back and hire a friendlier employee or sell the business and look for something that brings you Great joy. To the parent, I hope you were able to complete your task and hugged those babies.In addition, I noticed other reviews here and other platforms comment on the strong cigarette odor at this location. In the past we had mentioned this to Chris (assuming an owner would like to know). Unfortunately, Chris gave another stern stare. Fortunately, there are other UPS locations and companies that offer the same services with a higher grade of customer service.

Kayla was very patient and helpful. I, as a senior, who had several mini strokes needed much help. She was knowledgeable and kind. Martin, thanks for passing me off to her. You must have had a difficult day. She was the right person to assist .
