Ordered a cell phone on the app. Used curbside pickup. While the process was very easy. I have been with verizion for almost 15 years. Stay on top of your cell bill for incorrect charges.

Went in with a service issue with my phone and debating on buying a new one. Jackie was super helpful and nice right away and gave me all the options I could take. I did go back later and talked to another woman who just seemed a bit rude unfortunately and I left. I did see a couple reviews about their “hidden” charges but they were told to me straight up. Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it.

Worst service possibly ever. Never seen a place. With 10 ppl working and 5 customers and I have to wait and hour and a half for service of a new sim card. Not the first time either. I think they may be allergic to working, would not advise to go to for help. Hit up bestbuy or a non authorized dealer.

Very unfriendly person greeted us took our name.Waited 45 minutes for help, selected phone with sales person,he left and we were told we had to wait for technician setup waiting time unknown. The 2 technicians were working with other customers mostly socially chatting away not taking care of anything to do with their phone, one person was there since we started initially with the sales person, 1 1/2 hours already.The greeting person, still unfriendly, acted that no big deal.There was definitely a feeling that he didn't give a darn.Poor customer service, unfriendly staff.

It was time for a phone upgrade for my wife, so she and I stopped by the Verizon in the Del Monte Center. The team there was very helpful and attentive, particularly Manny.After deciding on the phone upgrade, we left my wife's phone there to finish the data transfer and did some shopping at various stores in the mall. When the new phone as ready, we picked it up and soon determined that there was an issue with the account set up (she couldn't get into the phone). Manny was more than gracious and factory reset the new phone and started the data transfer again. Which led to more shopping!!Anyway, aside from the hiccup, the transaction was smooth and Manny was super helpful. My wife was able to leave with her new phone (and case).Recommended location and team! Thanks Manny!

Jackie was so kind and helpful and didn’t even make us feel stupid for our lil cell phone problem. She just fixed it quickly and competently. What a great employee and customer service rep for Verizon!

We were visiting the area when my girlfriend started having issues with her i-phone. I have android so did not know what to do to fix the problem. So we visited this store and were greeted right away. She explained the problem and the staff member knew exactly what the issue was. He went to work on it immediately and in 5 minutes we were on our way again. I really appreciate the friendliness of this store and the knowledgable staff. A great place.

We had an issue with our Android phone - for some reason it had changed settings and we were unable to send and receive calls and messages. RAY at the Verizon Monterey, CA store diagnosed the problem in minutes and corrected the issue. He was amazing - his knowledge and customer service was top notch! 5 starsThanks RAY

Walked into the store in November of 2022 to ask about upgrading mine and a couple of my family member's phones. They proceeded to ignore us for a good 30 to 45 minutes, and proceeded to give us bad information. Then told us that they didn’t have very many of the iPhone 14’s in stock, so we decided to go to the Apple Store in which they had plenty of iPhones 14’s in stock. Which we got three iPhone 14s and great customer service at the Apple store. I think Verizon needs to teach their employees how to give good customer service.

I don't know what happen to Verizon, but the service and customer service is just horrible now. I been a customer for 20 years and to just get the run around from staff it is pretty sad, no one seems to want to help, all seem to just hate their job. To be told Monterey, CA is a 5G only area and have to have a 5G plan is just crazy. The service is horrible if you don't have 5G. So new customers just know you are going to have to pay more on a plan because you live in Monterey. They seem to just not care anymore. I will be switching to AT&T. They have 5G included in all their plans, don't have to pay extra cause you live in Monterey.Update (the next day) went to get information on how to keep my number so I can take it with me, man the reviews are right, the customer service is horrible at this location. I think the corporate office needs to send help and training. Their own employees are causing the company to loose customers.

Scheduled appt. to talk about switching current service with Verizon to Visible plan or Total plan offered by Verizon. When we told the person they tried to get us to stay on Verizon plan we had. When we said the other two plans are advertised as Verizon plans as well. He said he can’t help us with that. Waist of time.
