Came in and was greeted by Allan @ Zales Del Monte Center. Told him I may want to trade in my ring if I could find something I liked. He spent the next 2 hours showing me all the rings I wanted to look at. We came up with the most beautiful bridal set. He was a joy to work with and I will most definitely be coming back!

Simple but nice. I recently went into Zales to get my watch battery replaced. I was met by Michelle and Crystal. They were very welcoming. They engaged me in pleasant conversation while they replaced my watch battery. It was simply nice experience.
