“Called Buzz's today at 12:00 , dryer needed a new belt , they said they could come today between 2 and 4 which was great, they called me 15 minutes prior saying they're on their way got to our house around 2:50 and fixed our dyer and even recovered all the loose change too , we've been using this company over 10 years now ,and never once have we had nothing but reliable, prompt service”

“Wonderful service! I hauled my old singer into the store because I couldn't figure out after a couple hours of trying why it wasn't working properly. The owner ask me what type of fabric I was sewing on and suggested a different needle which he sold me. I took the machine back home and Voila!!!!....it worked perfectly! He could've suggested a complete overhaul costing me a lot more than the $8 I spent on the new needles, but instead told me to try the new different needles first. What a guy!!!! I'm going to bring my Kirby vacuum in next! I highly recommend this company for your sewing machine repairs and vacuum cleaners!”

When I had trouble navigating through the store there were people who were available to help. The pricing of the lumber was good in comparison to other competitors. Also another lady Betty has helped me in the past to find products I needed. The two gentleman in lumbar. Their Hispanic I think their in charge of that area. “I bought a brand new MacBook back in April 2023. To make a long story short, I took it to Apple in July, because I noticed it had problems charging. Apple said it needed a new logic board and when they went to open up the computer they said it had extensive water damage. The computer was brand new and I had absolutely no idea how I got it. I was all ready to pay the $300 have Apple repair it, but I thought it would be worth asking Best Buy to pick up the cost. After all, the computer was brand new and I had Total Tech. Well, were they totally willing to send out the computer to Apple, but they offered to replace my computer for free. Now this is the way to do business. Thank you to Joel and the entire Genius Bar Team. I plan on purchasing a Desktop within the next couple of months and will definitely be coming back to this location. A big thank you. Saved me a lot of unnecessary stress.”

They might be but I'm not an electrician and the experience is more like going to the refrigerator over and over only to hope something wonderful has arrived, only to see us the same as 5 minutes ago To my Astonishment I was as approached by Tina, who did not look like a roughneck whatsoever and she asked, can I help you?Blown away, it's never like this at home Depot, you have to hunt someone down, I told her what I was trying to do and she immediately started pulling parts!Wow!I ended up thinking this was still above my head and she hooked me up with home depots network of professional services which I have a meeting with this week.Tremendous value from the observations of the part that employees only stock shelves and seal with customers only if they ask.Wonderful experience.”
