“Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new mattress from here a few months back. After years of roughing it on a queen size bed we finally decided to upgrade to a King. We shopped around at a few stores but in the end landed at Temp Flow and new right away we found the right store. Kaylee was wonderful to work with picking out our new mattress. Super friendly and made the decision easy on us. We got to meet the owner as well who was very knowledgeable about his business yet made us feel at home. He immediately knew what we were looking for, we tried out the mattress and all things felt right. About 2 weeks into our new purchase we noticed the bed was way too squishy for our liking. We were nervous as to what the response would be that what we chose wouldn’t be able to be replaced or exchanged. We let Kaylee know what was happening and she said no need to worry, the owner will call to help with a solution. A few days passed and we started to worry, then finally he called. And went above and beyond to help. he said it would be of no problem to fix the mattress, he knew based on what our dissatisfaction was how to fix it. We set a day to have the team pick it up and fix the issue. Sure enough later that day they returned our mattress and it’s been incredible since, ZERO ISSUES. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✅”

“I actually went to the Thousand Oaks location and I talked to a gentleman named Gregg. I was there to complain about the bed that I bought 12 years ago and it kept on deflating on me never to buy a Sleep Number bed again. But why is waiting to talk to him and his processing my complaint I saw it on a very, very comfortable bed and Greg not only discussed the situation with me, but I ended up buying the bed that I sat on, we took delivery the bed last Friday and I have to tell you it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life. My wife loves it. It’s the right height for everything. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore and my hips and my legs and my joints feel a lot better with this bed and I can’t take Greg enough for his patience with dealing with me and turned my frown upside down and I’m very very happy.”

On top of all that the installation guys were top notch. When the first pair of guys came we asked if they could not use a dolly since we had new floors and were worried about them being scratched. The recommended a 4 man crew so they could lift it and be sure to not scratch anything. We chose that option and do not regret it AT ALL! The crew that came out was very professional, efficient and helpful.
