“Oh my goodness, Tyson is absolutely the best! He is dealing right now with being so overworked because two other vacuum repair places have gone out of business in Thousand Oaks recently. The problem with my Dyson was very weird and it took a couple of tries, and yet he made it right. Although he’s terribly overworked right now, and therefore was a little slow, I expect that to pick up in the future when he catches up with the overload. I highly recommend this place. Honest above everything.”

I honestly thought I was still within the return window, and Yousuf, the manager, was extremely understanding about the situation. Especially after my local one in oxnard denied to refund me and were rude of my situation.
He took the time to actually listen and work with me instead of just turning me away. You can tell he genuinely knows how to be a manager and how to treat customers with respect.
