“Oh my goodness, Tyson is absolutely the best! He is dealing right now with being so overworked because two other vacuum repair places have gone out of business in Thousand Oaks recently. The problem with my Dyson was very weird and it took a couple of tries, and yet he made it right. Although he’s terribly overworked right now, and therefore was a little slow, I expect that to pick up in the future when he catches up with the overload. I highly recommend this place. Honest above everything.”

“Cory L, which was a new hired employee seem to know more other than GREG. When I was asked, do you need help, sir by another individual who has been there for years he only showed me what I guess he wanted me to see. But however, he did not listen to me. Cory L. Came over and said sir is there anything I can help you with. After explaining to him what I needed, he did not only go through the complete process of how a customer should be treated. I don’t know him personally, but I do know the type of character as well as the moral fiber he is made of. He also helped me purchase as well as pushing the shopping cart to the checkout. And proceeded to go far and beyond any requirements of an employee. Also thanks to GREG, which has been there for years noticed it. However, if you have employees there for 2 or 3 years and they treat other customers like they treated me. What kind of review would you expect me to leave? COREY, L. “My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Johnny to get a new SubZero refrigerator after our less than 10 year old Kitchen Aid but the dust. From the minute we stepped foot in the store Johnny was SO helpful and knowledgeable about our options and was able to field a lot of questions we had about different models. We purchased our fridge on the spot and had delivery set up within the week. Once we got home we realized we had mis-measured our space and we called Johnny back who immediately cancelled our order and re-submitted one for the right size fridge.
